The next Indiana Multicultural Job Fair will be held on Friday, November 2, 2007 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the Sagamore Ballroom, Indiana Convention Center. The Indiana Multicultural Job Fair offers your company the opportunity to meet with qualified candidates face-to-face in order to discuss current or anticipated openings within your company.

Candidates who attend IMJF submit their resumes to be scanned into a database as part of the registration process. This database is given to you, free of charge, as an employer registered for the event. We believe that you will find this a valuable complement to your face-to-face meetings with candidates at the fair and will give you immediate access to many good prospects who you did not meet. This database is made available to you through web access within one week after the event.
Company Promotion and Job Fair Marketing
The Indiana Multicultural Job Fair is promoted and marketed in many ways to reach a large and varied audience. The job fair itself is marketed across the country to a large number of two- and four-year academic institutions, including all Historically Black Colleges and Hispanic Serving Institutions.
IMJF is heavily promoted amongst the thousands of students at all the Indiana state-supported four-year institutions statewide through various methods: posters, mass mailings, campus newspapers, e-mail, the web, class presentations, and other marketing methods utilized by the campus placement offices.
The community is targeted through multiple advertisements in major newspapers, television talk show and news station appearances, radio station segments, public service announcements, community event calendars, community organization presentations, and more.
As companies register, they are then advertised on the Indiana Multicultural Job Fair Web Site, in newspaper advertisements, in e-mail messages, posted lists, and finally in the Job Fair Guide. Click here for information on purchasing half- and full-page ad space in the Guide.
